These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by 怪獸·同途有限公司 (Business Registration Number: 78234093) through this website. By browsing, registering or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all related policies published by the Company from time to time, including the Shipping & Returns Policy, Payment Methods, Points Rules and Privacy Policy. Customers may register an account or check out as a guest and must provide true, accurate and complete information. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to insufficient stock, pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraud. All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars and may be adjusted at any time. The Company accepts Cash on Delivery and electronic payment methods including KPay, Alipay, FPS, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The order amount is as displayed at checkout. An order is considered valid only after successful payment or confirmation of Cash on Delivery. Delivery time, shipping fees (free shipping on orders of HK$1,000 or above) and related arrangements are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy. Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the logistics provider. Except where the product is seriously damaged, incorrect or missing due to the Company’s fault and timely notice has been given, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Customers should carefully review product descriptions before purchase. Payments already made will not be refunded except in the circumstances stated above. The earning, redemption, validity and other rules of points are governed by the Points Rules. How the Company collects, uses and protects customers’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. All content on this website (including text, images, trademarks and logos) is owned by the Company or its licensors. No reproduction, modification or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate but does not guarantee they are error-free. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products. The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, epidemics or logistics interruptions. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the website, and continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
