Shipping & Returns Policy
This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products sold by 怪獸·同途有限公司 (Business Registration Number: 78234093, the “Company”) through this website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Policy.1. Payment Method
The Company accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. The customer shall pay the total order amount (including product price and shipping fees, if applicable) to the logistics personnel upon receipt of the goods. No other payment methods are accepted.
2. Delivery Time
Products are shipped directly from Taiwan or relevant suppliers. Under normal circumstances, orders will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days after the order is successfully placed (excluding public holidays and severe weather). The above timeframe is an estimate only. Actual delivery time may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, supplier stock preparation or force majeure. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay.
3. Shipping Fees
Free shipping is offered on orders of HK$1,000 or above. For orders under HK$1,000, standard shipping fees based on weight, volume and destination will apply, will be displayed at checkout, and will be collected upon delivery together with the product payment. The Company reserves the right to adjust shipping fees.4. Risk of Loss
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the logistics provider. The Company has taken reasonable care in packaging, but shall not be liable for damage, loss or delay during transit, except where caused by the Company’s gross negligence.
5. Inspection upon Receipt
Customers must inspect the products immediately upon receipt. Any serious packaging damage, obvious product damage or quantity discrepancy must be notified to the Company in writing (including email or website message) within 48 hours of receipt, together with photographs and the order number. Failure to notify within this period shall be deemed acceptance that the products are in good condition. The Cash on Delivery arrangement does not affect this inspection obligation.
6. No Returns or Exchanges
Except where the product is seriously damaged, incorrect or missing due to the Company’s fault and the customer has given timely notice under Clause 5, all sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Customers should carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, specifications and notices before purchase. Personal preference, taste, colour variation or issues arising after use do not constitute grounds for return or exchange. Amounts paid by Cash on Delivery will not be refunded except in the circumstances stated above.
7. Exceptions
Where the Company confirms that a product is seriously damaged or incorrect, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees). The customer must return the product as instructed by the Company, with return shipping costs borne by the Company.
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, epidemics or logistics interruptions.
9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, it shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.For enquiries, please contact customer service. Points Rules
These Points Rules apply to the loyalty points earned by members of 怪獸·同途有限公司 (the “Company”) on this website. By registering and using points, customers agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. Earning Points
Points are earned based on the actual amount paid for successfully completed orders (excluding shipping fees). Customers earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent. Points will be credited automatically after the order is completed and receipt is confirmed. Cancelled, refunded or incomplete orders do not earn points.
2. Redeeming Points
Points may be used to offset the order amount. Every 10 points can be redeemed for HK$1. The system will automatically calculate the deductible amount when points are applied. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
3. Usage Restrictions
Even after points are applied, the order must still meet any minimum spending or promotional conditions in force at the time. The Company reserves the right to restrict the use of points or adjust the redemption rate.
4. Validity Period
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited. Expired points will be automatically forfeited and will not be reinstated or extended.
5. Others
The Company reserves the right to cancel points and related orders in the event of any misuse. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
